Sumit is the Managing Director of OCS India and oversees business of various group firms in India. His primary focus is on sustained business viability and charting a suitable course for the future.
Prior to OCS, he was the CEO of Excelity Global, where he was responsible for overall business strategy and execution across India, SAARC Nations and Middle East.
After almost a decade of experience with Aegis Global, where he was responsible for driving business in India and Sri Lanka. He is recognized as high EQ leadership expert and has been awarded multiple times - "Chairman Excellence Trophy", "Visionary Leader of Year – 2015", and "CEO of Year (HR Orientation) – 2016."
He is a BTech graduate from Maharshi Dayanand University and holds an MBAdegree from MDI Gurgaon and a Management degree in Leadership DNA fromIIM, Kozhikode.
