Pankaj founded Liases Foras, a non-brokerage real estate research outfit, in the year 1998. His firm monitors the performance of over 20,000 projects across 60 cities in India and provides research and risk advisory to HFCs, Banks, Developers, Funds, and Government Institutions.
He has developed model of urban price setting that scientifically predicts market prices of properties and also developed a Magnet Theory for forecasting future development and price behaviour of localities.
Today, he is best known in the industry for bringing in a scientific approach to property pricing and for developing a reliable market database.
He is also a member of central advisory council of RERA. He was also conferred with Bharat Nirman Award by Global Achiever Foundation in August 2018.
Pankaj is an MBA from the Institute of Management Education, Pune and BSc Maths from Lucknow Christen College, Lucknow.
